Establishing a stunning, modern take on “deco,” Hill House Interiors South Road project embodies the opulence of the 1930s. An open plan living area boasts a huge kitchen-dining space, perfect for entertaining. There is an evident appreciation of luxurious materials and couture furniture, and this can be found in the gorgeous fur throws, that are contrasted with the polished, sleek furniture and grand piano. Also, the attention to detail and tailoring can be seen in the pleated velvet from Zinc used for the bespoke upholstering of the dining chairs.

RKK was entrusted with full project management, survey, technical design, sample making, manufacturing and installation of the following items:

• 65 Fire rate doors and door systems, made with bespoke custom veneer made specifically for the project and finished in high-gloss polyester lacquer
• 4 Door circulation landing
• Master bedroom headboard & pop-up TV unit with feature wall cabinetry opposite
• Master suite vanity units and paneling
• Dressing room desk with mirror
• 1st Floor formal reception feature wall joinery with marble fireplace – Crakle Jesso
• 1st Floor formal reception feature wall joinery with marble fireplace – Shagreen Flouted
• GF Formal reception feature wall joinery with Chinoiserie sliding panels and TV display
